WELCOME
Welcome and thank you for considering Carolina G. Conti M.D. as your primary health care provider. We are an independent medical clinic that has been faithfully serving the community in Milwaukee since 2004. We always provide personal, efficient and high quality healthcare service to our patients.
Our newly constructed clinic is conveniently located in downtown Milwaukee, which is a few blocks away from the Marquette University campus.
Our practice is at 1930 W. Wells Street Milwaukee, WI 53233. Site and street parking are always available for our patients and guests. We speak English, Spanish, Pilipino and Hmong.
Our office hours are generally from Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 12 noon, 1 pm – 5 pm.

MEET THE DOCTOR
Dr. Carolina G. Conti
Dr. Carolina G. Conti graduated in 1988 from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Pharmacy. In 1993, she obtained her medical degree from the University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center in Quezon City, Philippines.
She then completed her residency in Internal Medicine in 1999 at Woodhull Medical and Mental Health Center in Brooklyn, New York. She is duly licensed to practice Pharmacy and Medicine in the Philippines.
She is board certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She has been in private practice in Milwaukee for the past twelve (12) years.
She is also affiliated with the Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare – St. Joseph Hospital, Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare – St. Francis Hospital, Aurora Sinai Medical Center, West Allis Memorial Hospital and St. Luke’s Hospital.
During her free time, she loves to read books, cook and spend time with her family. She also volunteers at the Philippine Free Medical Clinic in Milwaukee and participates at medical missions in Pampanga, Philippines.
